SNSD share their thoughts on the “YongSeo couple”

The SNSD members cried “Jealous~” in unison as the topic of “YongSeo Couple” came up in their interview on November 2nd, causing Seohyun to blush in red.

Seohyun stated, “It seems like my unnies are interested more than me. They monitor the show often for me. Their attention must be due to the uniqueness of the relationship, right? Unnies keep telling me to take his hands. I’m embarrassed.”

The SNSD members elaborated on Seohyun’s change after the marriage. Tiffany said, “This album has tracks where her changed vocals really shine, she really improved. I guess there is emotion behind her voice? Her vocals and feel improved. I told them, ‘We have all got to date’.”

Why is Seohyun the only one with a bow?

SM Entertainment has been releasing Girls’ Generation’s teaser image since the 19th. The three images that had an impression of a tarot card was enough to draw attentions from the fans.

Out of the nine member’s teaser image, Seohyun was the only one that held a bow instead of a pistol, which is bring up a curiosity among the fans. Unlike the other members who transformed into a lovely Bond Girl with a pistol, Seohyun is posing with a bow on the picture.

Their company has replied regarding this matter on 21st, that “With the intention of captivating hearts with cupid’s arrows, they went with a spy image.” “In order to extend the meaning of the song, Seohyun was given the bow.”. Continuing on, “We even filmed with other members holding the bow, but we made a conclusion that Seohyun fits to it better.”

Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation will be introducing their retro power girl image that has its motives as a lovely spy. Since they already have brought SoshiGee fashion (SNSD’s Gee fashion) from ‘Gee’, and Cheerleader fashion from ‘Oh!’ into a popular fashion, the attention is focused on how their new styles of fashion will be affecting.

Girls’ Generation’, who’s teaser of the music video will be released on the midnight of 24th, will come back on stage participating on 29th KBS 2TV ‘Music Bank’ as well as the album’s release on 27th.

Seohyun and Yonghwa to record We Got Married in Japan

The Seohyun-Yonghwa couple are apparently spending time together in Japan.

“We Got Married” staff revealed today that because SNSD is preparing for their Japanese debut, the two were unable to meet for the past month. Despite his busy schedule, Yonghwa decided to visit Seohyun after the producers arranged the meeting.

The producers also reported that the lovely couple had a good time. They stated, “Apparently, the two have not been on a vacation out of the country without their parents before.”

With Jokwon and Gain spending time in Bali for their wedding pictorial and Victoria and Nichkhun visiting Thailand, it seems inevitable that Seohyun and Yonghwa will follow suit.

SNSD’s Seohyun didn’t want to kiss ‘The Trax’

The Trax recently featured a true goddess for their comeback mini-album - SNSD’s Seohyun was chosen as the model for their album cover and music video. Members Jay (vocal) and Jungmo(guitar) revealed behind-the-scenes details about the filming through an interview with Sports Korea:

“I was extremely embarrassed at first because we had a kiss scene planned for the movie, but she continued to reject it. She’s a very polite girl and I’ve known her since we were little, so I guess she felt awkward about it. It’s not like I can force her to do it (laughter). We just kept joking it off, saying it’s because of hubby Yong (CN Blue’s Jung Yonghwa).”

Since their debut, Trax hasn’t showed off a song with such a bright feeling like “Oh! My Goddess”; yet the ethereal theme of the music video and the trendy lyrics seems to work well with their standard style. Jungmo revealed, “We want to get on stage with a new feeling each time. ‘A Man With A Cold Heart’ was a rock ballad, but our latest has a bright, acoustic-like feel to it. I was worried at first about being too trendy, but I’m trying not to be afraid of change. I think that’s the right path to go.”

The group debuted in 2004 with a Japanese style that was unfamiliar to the Korean market. The turning point for the group was their rock ballad release in January. Jay reflected, “If we made a U-turn with ‘A Man With A Cold Heart,’ then ‘Oh My Goddess’ is the accelerator. I want to go as far as possible.” Jungmo added, “There’s a lot of songs that I’m attached to this time around. I assure everyone of the quality as well. There’s nothing more we can wish for other than standing on stage and meeting our fans.”

Jay continued, “Whenever I participate in a musical or a performance about rock music, I learn a lot. I’m rather calm on stage so I needed to learn how to express myself better. I get tired easily stamina-wise, but it still makes me excited at the thought of meeting our fans.” Jungmo concluded, “On broadcasts, our performances are very restricted in that there’s no guarantee that we’re able to play live. There’s no other option but to get out there ourselves and connect with the crowd. Should the opportunity arise, we’d love to hold a live event, touring the country.”

Voice Dubbing Challenge, Taeyeon, Seohyun “Super Bad” Red Carpet

On the 7th, at 7 in the night, SNSD Taeyeon and Seohyun opened the Red Carpet for their dubbing of “Super Bad” at Seoul Wangsimni CGV.

On this day, fans gathered in front of the red carpet a few hours before the opening to see SNSD Taeyeon and Seohyun, letting them know of their success. When SNSD Taeyeon and Seohyun appeared on the red carpet appeared, they started yelling out SNSD’s Taeyeon and Seohyun’s name from everywhere. Comfort comes first for long haul flights

SNSD members, especially Tiffany and YoonA’s airport fashion caught the attention of media yet again. This time, they were spotted wearing shorts at the airport. The girls left for Los Angeles at around 3.30pm KST to perform at the SM Town Live 10 Concert in Staples Center on September 4th, along with other SM Town artists such as BoA, Super Junior, f(x), SHINee, etc.

In an interview with Sports Chosun before they boarded the plane, YoonA said,”Recently, we practice and prepared very hard for the 1st Japanese showcase and we are happy with the response that we received. We wish to overcome the nervousness when we perform in United States as we want to enjoy every single moment while standing on the stage.”

When asked about the shorts she’s wearing, YoonA replied, “For long haul flights, I prefer wearing more comfortable clothes.”

The sales of tickets for SM Town Live 10 Concert in LA kicked off on July 24th. 15,000 seats were sold out and out of that figure, more than half of the seats are expected to be taken up by fans from Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Washington.

Group singer the TRAX will begin their promotion with an active support of Seohyun from Girls’ Generation.

The TRAX, which brought up many attentions from releasing their title song “Oh! My Goddess” will release their second mini album on 6th and start promoting.

SNSD’s Seohyun, “Isn’t Minion Really Cute?”

SNSD’s Seohyun appeared on the afternoon of the 30th at Seoul’s Wangsimni CGV for the opening of the animation “Super Bad” [Note: “Super Bad” is the Korean name for the animation “Despicable Me”], which was a private showing for the mass communication people. She greeted everyone with a Minion figure from the movie.
